Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our 40-45 bed long-term care unit, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of our residents. Working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will ensure the daily operations of the unit are well-maintained and step into leadership responsibilities as required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Attend to unit operations and take on leadership duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing and Practical Nursing license.
- Less than one year of experience is necessary.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with specialized medical equipment.
