Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of the medical team, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, ensuring their needs are met and overseeing the daily operations of the unit. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
