Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work in a household unit setting providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs. This role requires a general understanding of nursing principles, basic assessment skills, and the ability to supervise nursing personnel effectively. Additionally, there are opportunities for career advancement through our Nursing Career Ladder program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume a leadership role on a per-shift basis.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience required.
