Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital, a leading healthcare facility in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Brain Health Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide basic physical assessments and attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Assume a leadership role when necessary to ensure the well-being of residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
