Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time role with a night shift schedule, you will work as a Staff Nurse providing essential care to residents in the long-term care unit.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, catering to residents with high complexity needs. It offers a wide range of services and daily activities to provide comprehensive support to its residents. Compassion, motivation, and dedication are key traits for staff members in this unit.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. You will be responsible for daily unit operations, providing leadership as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
