Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Acute Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our residents and patients, helping them on their journey to recovery and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing; Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
