Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This position involves night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that provides daily activities and a wide range of services for residents. It focuses on subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs, requiring compassionate and dedicated staff members.
Job Summary
Reporting to the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the LPN will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met. This role involves daily unit operations and occasional leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and CPR certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
