Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care to our residents. This role requires a deep commitment to patient well-being and the ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident needs are met.
- Participate in the Clinical Career Ladder program for professional growth.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
