Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, offers a day shift schedule with weekend commitment. As an LPN within our skilled long-term care unit, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care plans, overseeing nursing personnel, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise and support nursing personnel.
- Assume a leadership role in unit operations on a per shift, household level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Ability to provide specialized care in a long-term care setting.
