JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) develops and implements individualized nursing care plans, ensuring resident needs are met and unit operations are managed effectively. Assumes leadership responsibilities when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal working knowledge, equivalent to an Associate's degree; Less than one year of experience; Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
  • Licensed Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
  • Basic computer skills; Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation.
