Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment on the night shift.
Unit Summary
Join our compassionate and dedicated team on Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. Experience a rewarding environment where you can make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as required.
- Maintain basic computer skills and operate specialized medical equipment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
