Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans for our residents. This role requires a compassionate and motivated individual who is committed to helping those in need.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Provide high-quality care to residents with complex needs in a subacute rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
