Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position, based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel and provide guidance as needed.
- Ensure the needs of residents are met on a per-shift, household level.
- Assume a leadership role in daily operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Current American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
