Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and assisting with daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Provide basic physical assessments and attend to daily unit operations.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
