Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of Levindale Hospital, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to residents and patients.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assume a leadership role as needed and ensure residents' needs are met.
- Attend to daily unit operations and maintain a high standard of care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
