Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, opening accounts, and recommending suitable financial solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with a variety of day-to-day financial transactions and inquiries.
- Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including online and mobile banking services.
- Cross-sell and refer banking products to enhance customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales and referral targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Support the teller line and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key by touch.
- Strong attention to detail, decision-making abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
