1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through general cleaning duties.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt positively, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
