Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. If you are detail-oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect product for quality and safety concerns.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
