1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and with powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
