2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with team members and management to achieve goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
