1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in preparation for shipment, among other duties.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and in compliance with guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
