1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Independently perform delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
