Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room Full Time Nights

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. This full-time position is for night shifts in the Emergency Room department. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a $3/hr bedside differential and a $3/hr critical care differential. New hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5000 for RNs with less than 18 months of experience and $10,000 for RNs with more than 18 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Adhering to professional standards, hospital policies, and procedures.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through American Heart Association.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• 1-3 years of experience in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• CPI certification required within 6 months of hiring.
• Current NIH Stroke Certification.
