Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Part-Time basis during weekends (7am - 7pm). As an RN, you will be responsible for ensuring quality nursing care for patients, administering medications, leading nursing assistants, assisting physicians, and maintaining infection control measures. Additionally, you will be involved in research related to nursing care quality and assessments of new admissions.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Hold a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Provide quality nursing care following physician orders with a focus on geriatric nursing.
- Renew CPR certification yearly.
- Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
- Display supervisory skills to ensure timely completion of work assignments.
- Exhibit dependability, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with nursing staff, other departments, patients, and families.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making abilities in nursing problem-solving scenarios.
