Senior Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Pyramid Project Management, a division of Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a crucial member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of our hotel construction projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, you will play a vital role in project planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist the VP of Project Management on various projects.
• Provide oversight on multiple projects managed by Project Managers.
• Develop and present detailed project budgets for executive review.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and hotel staff.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Coordinate design and construction teams.
• Review and recommend approval of project documents, invoices, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance of design and construction documents with quality standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality and minimize delays.
• Report project status to management.
• Other project-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• College degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of project management experience, preferably in hotel projects.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for project requirements.
