LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - YADKIN NURSING CARE CENTER

Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team providing nursing services and exceptional care to patients. This is a part-time position during nights (7pm - 7am).

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Delegate duties to professional and non-professional nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
• Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, including general physical and mental conditions.
• Coordinate with attending physicians during emergencies and changes in patient orders.
• Perform other assigned duties to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduated Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
• Ability to deliver high-quality care to patients with a focus on geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification required yearly.
• Attend necessary training and staff meetings as needed.
