CTMS, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is looking for a passionate and skilled IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician to join our Technical Department. As a Full-Time technician, you will provide internal support to service contract clients, ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure. This role requires a mix of IT infrastructure management and monitoring skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure to identify issues, performance bottlenecks, and security threats.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on system and network health, performance, and security management.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, aligning with licensing and compliance requirements.
• Respond to alerts, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions or escalate issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, IT certifications, or equivalent of 5+ years in strong customer service skills.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds N-central, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.

Compensation

The salary range for the IT Maintenance and Auditing Technician position is $38,000-$45,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
