Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Production Maintenance Technician to join AVTEC FINISHING. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing/production environment by handling a variety of maintenance tasks and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other malfunctions.
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and assembly drawings to complete tasks.
- Work on-call during nights and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Trade school training or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good mechanical aptitude and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Compensation
- Wage Range: $26-$32+/hour based on experience and training.
- Signing Bonus: $1,500.00 (not applicable for current employees).
- 1st Shift hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
