Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department at Elizabethtown Community Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes in the ER environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient well-being.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in NYS.
• Preferably one year of experience in an Emergency Department.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
