Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a group of Care Managers, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents in our care neighborhoods. Your responsibilities include supervisory support, assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and ensuring compliance with policies. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new team members, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting resident well-being. - Effective communication skills
- Medication Management Certificate
- Previous experience working with seniors
