Lead Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Care Manager to provide quality care and services to residents in our care neighborhoods. As a Lead Care Manager, you will lead a group of Care Managers during shifts, ensuring individualized Service Plan (ISP) alignment and adherence to policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory support by managing shift attendance, call-offs, and shift requests.
- Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services.
- Coach team members on hospitality standards during meal service.
- Accurately document care provided and review team documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Sunrise's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Leadership competencies and ability to make decisions in residents' best interest.
- Competent in organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
