Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
  • Encourage residents in life enriching activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary as per state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
