Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor residents' conditions, recommend care adjustments, and engage them in enriching activities.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent dining experiences and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with the community team to promote a supportive and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state regulations, and previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
