Job Description

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide top-quality care and support to our residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to a designated group of seniors.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions and collaborate with management on care adjustments.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and experiences tailored to their preferences.
• Participate in the development and updating of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Risk Management programs.
• Deliver exceptional dining services following Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Prior experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of residents.
