Marketing Manager

Job Description

Harvard Jolly | PBK Architects, a leading architectural and engineering firm, is looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to oversee regional marketing efforts. As a key member of the team, you will manage the integration of corporate marketing functions at the local level and contribute to the refinement of marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include directing production processes for RFQ responses, coordinating with architects and consultants, and maintaining the firm's marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assign, and expedite marketing production assignments.
• Manage research, due diligence, and post-mortem procedures to enhance marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement firm-wide processes for marketing production.
• Lead the production of responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Work with architects and consultants to present the firm's qualifications effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• 1+ year of team management experience.
• 4-7 years of A/E/C industry marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
