Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care by following physician’s orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications as prescribed and adhere to infection control measures.
• Lead and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring timely completion of work assignments.
• Assist with patient care during physician rounds, physical examinations, and treatments.
• Document treatments, maintain cleanliness, and support quality nursing care research.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license.
• Possess CPR certification and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required to enhance nursing skills.
• Ability to make critical nursing decisions and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
