Job Description
We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to join Johns Manville Corp, a premium-quality insulation and commercial roofing manufacturer and part of the Berkshire Hathaway family. As the Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical and engineering resources to align capabilities with production demand, develop next-generation products, and ensure consistent production processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering disciplines and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Establish work plans for direct reports and collaborate on R&D efforts.
- Analyze capacity, identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to maintain technical capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of industrial and technical management experience.
- Master's degree and Professional Engineer's license preferred.
- Experience in glass manufacturing processes and process improvement activities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
