Salary: $113,100.00-$155,500.00 Annual

Johns Manville is seeking a skilled Preferred Accounts Manager to join their Roofing Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for key account management, business development, and promoting JM products to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the roofing/construction industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish JM as an industry leader and trusted partner.
• Identify, cultivate, and convert prospects into new JM Preferred Account clients.
• Develop deep relationships with key decision makers in existing accounts.
• Support sales efforts and drive JM position and preference.
• Provide enhanced services to deliver superior customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of roofing/construction industry experience.
• Experience in business development and national account sales.
• Ability to analyze product lines, competitor offerings, and formulate strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
