Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Medication Technician to join our team at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for administering medications following established protocols and procedures, ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with Medication Administration policies and procedures.
• Perform essential procedures such as vital signs monitoring and documentation as required by facility policy.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors.
• Report any medication errors promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Registered on the NAI registry with a clean record of abuse or neglect allegations.
• Completion of state-approved training program and competency evaluation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
