Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and assistance to assigned seniors and their families.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to management.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and ensure their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED; previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a team and prioritize resident well-being.
