2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a renowned company committed to excellence. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement of products within the warehouse to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery to stores. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory management, and actively participating in process improvement initiatives. You will work collaboratively with warehouse leadership and peers while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be engaged in physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures. Proper handling of merchandise and compliance with safety protocols are essential for this role.
