Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $23.00 per hour (30-35 hours per week)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform cleaning duties, inventory counts, and cooperate effectively with peers.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment and report any issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
