Job Description

House of Hope Green Bay, Inc is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator for their second shift to support youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness. The Program Coordinator will provide crisis intervention, assess service needs, and ensure the success of clients in parenting, education, employment, and stable housing. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a clean and healthy living environment at House of Hope.

Responsibilities

  • Provide intervention and support to assigned clients, working closely with Advocates.
  • Assist clients in progressing towards success in various areas including parenting, education, and employment.
  • Maintain orderly conditions within the facility in alignment with case plans.
  • Treat clients with dignity, offer crisis intervention, and facilitate intake situations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, or related field.
  • Experience in providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clear criminal background check.
