Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to enhance productivity.
• Oversee the achievement of annual budget and profitability targets.
• Monitor business cash flow and ensure timely completion of projects and payments.
• Measure performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, hire, train, and manage employees to maintain financial success.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership on performance metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities and cultivate new business relationships.
• Promote operational excellence and share best practices across business units.
• Assess employee performance and provide feedback and training.
• Implement tools to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Make decisive decisions in the best interest of the business.
• Establish operational objectives, standards, and policies.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations across all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of sales or sales management experience.
• 5+ years of construction industry experience with P&L responsibilities.
• 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in profit and loss analysis.
• Experience in contracts administration and performance evaluations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly.
