Larson Financial Group, LLC is seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Financial Planner at our Fort Wayne, IN location. The ideal candidate will excel at working directly with clients to help them achieve their financial goals through meticulous follow-up, client meetings, and managing client information files. This role requires a passion for superior service, building client relationships, and contributing to an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and conducting client meetings.
  • Gathering and preparing financial plan data from clients.
  • Running insurance illustrations and constructing financial plans.
  • Communicating investment advice based on team recommendations.
  • Providing outstanding service for top clients and managing client relationships.
  • Entering and managing information in Contact Management System and Financial Planning software.
  • Implementing client touches to enhance client experience.
  • Managing and resolving client issues.
  • Being the primary contact for designated clients.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in Financial Planning.
  • Series 7 license required.
  • Active financial planner status.
  • CFP certification is a plus.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce and strong data entry skills.
  • Flexible schedule and excellent time management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Adherence to rules and regulations.
