Join Amro Music Stores Inc as a Digital Marketing Specialist and be a key player in shaping the digital marketing strategy for one of the leading names in the music products industry. Your role will involve managing Amro Music's online presence, developing engaging content, and driving customer interaction through various channels.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute SEO objectives for the Amro Music website.
• Create and manage web pages in coordination with Speak Creative, our web design partner.
• Curate compelling content for Amro Music's social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team on outbound marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Enhance the digital customer experience through platforms like Podium and oversee in-store customer service initiatives.
• Lead the planning of key events like the Back to School Party and other promotional activities.

Requirements

• Experience with Canva, ActiveCampaign, ConstantContact, and Adobe suite is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centered environment.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive starting pay of $23.00 per hour, with potential for increased compensation based on experience. Full-time role with benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(K) matching.
