We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance position at Waupaca Foundry, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our state-of-the-art facility, performing breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs. Responsibilities

• Complete safety training and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Participate in our 6-S Program for housekeeping.
• Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions.
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery for efficient operations.
• Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, or other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Education or experience in a maintenance-related field.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Solid work history and good oral communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a positive work attitude.
• Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, blueprint reading, and more.
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
