1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
