Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
