2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues accordingly.

Requirements

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate equipment, and work in various temperatures.
